My Last 2 Years of College

Boy, time has flown. I can't believe I've graduated college already. It seems like only yesterday I began my classes here.

Bobby is staying, of course. He has two more years. He's having a good time. He works hard on his term papers and assignments and even works in the cafeteria. Here are some pictures I took to send to Mom and Dad -

My last two years have gone by in a blur. Some strange things happened to me as well. I met these 3 people at the student center who all wore matching blazers. They were pretty cool so I got to be friends with them. Suddenly one night this guy shows up. I'd never seen him in my life. He started crowing like a chicken and dancing around my dorm room. Then I was handcuffed and blindfolded. I had no idea what was happening.

I was put into a car and driven somewhere. When the car stopped the guy removed my blindfold. I was in front of a large building that looked like a castle. The car was a limo! I was so confused.

Then my friends came out of the building - the ones that wore the blazers. They said "Congratulations, Adam! You're now one of us!" and they gave me a blazer of my own. I'm now in a secret society!

Remember Kaylynn, the maid I hired a few years back? Well, a lot of the guys have a crush on her but with me, well, it's something more. I really love her. I was kind of embarrassed to let her know, especially when she came in to clean the boy's bathroom one day and caught me taking a shower!

But I gathered up the nerve to talk to her after that and found out something really wonderful - she loves me too! She's not that much older than me, either. We talked and really hit it off.

Kissing Kaylynn was magical. I swear little hearts flew around our heads.

During my last semester of senior year I took the plunge. I bought a ring and asked Kaylynn to marry me.

She screamed out "Yes!" and leaped into my arms. We started talking about our lives together and made some plans. After I graduate I'll be moving back to Mom and Dad's house. Kaylynn and I can get married very soon and live there. There's plenty of room. Bobby has already said he wants to have his own place, so he won't be coming back to the house.

I had a great graduation party. I invited Dad and Kaylynn, but for some reason she left early. I really wanted her to meet Dad before I brought her home. Dad was really proud of me. I graduated with a 4.0 GPA!

Here's my graduation picture. My mom says I look a lot like Dad in this. What do you think? Mine is on top and Dad's is below.

So, now I'm back home with Mom and Dad. Kaylynn and I will be getting married before we find jobs. I can't wait until we are married and having a family of our own.
